If the Buyer fails to provide necessary information or provides incorrect information from the outset, in particular an incorrect delivery address, we are authorised to terminate any contract that may have taken effect. Notice of termination will be given in writing, which may include sending the Buyer an e-mail to that effect.

We ship via Austrian Post AG to Austria and the EU in insured package.

Your shipping charge within Austria will be € 7,50.

For POD (pay on delivery) shipment additional € 3,50 for Austria and € 4,50 for the EU will be charged.

Shipping ouside the EU

We ship to the following countries outside the EU:

Australia, Canada, USA

Shipping costs outside Austria are weight depending, the exact price will be calculated during your order transaction.
Additional costs for custom duties are possible.

For purchases exceeding € 100,00 shipping is free.
